What if the problem isn't that you haven't tried enough, but that you've never been taught how to navigate harsh inner dialogue?
The voice in your head is running your life.
You've done everything right, haven't you? The career. The abilities. The looking-like-you-have-it-all-together.
And still.. that voice is still here. Telling you it wasn't quite enough. Telling you to keep going. Telling you that if you lower your standards, everything you've built will fall apart.
You've read the books. Done the therapy. You can literally explain to yourself why you do what you do. And you still can't stop.
These are the things you DON'T say at work. They just keep replaying in your head — ALL the time until it becomes a familiar friend! And you may even think, it's normal now.
You're not here because something is wrong with you.
You're here because you're smart enough to know something is running rent-free in the background… AND self-aware enough to be frustrated that understanding it hasn't been enough to change actual behaviors.
Being high-achieving isn't the problem. Overplaying on those strengths and then living life like a performance is.
Because when you're great at what you do, you learn to make it look effortless. SOOO effortless. You master the art of "Oh, I'm fine!" whenever someone asks.
You become so good at functioning that nobody (not even you — gasp!) notices how much it's actually costing.
"And every time you try to stop:"
🥹 Your mind fills immediately with everything you SHOULD be doing
😵 You feel GUILTY for resting when there's still so much unfinished
🥹 You PUSH through again, CHASE for outcomes, because stopping feels more dangerous than staying exhausted
😐 You come home and have ZERO bandwidth left for the people who actually matter
"You might be 27 (or 37, or 47) and wondering: 'How did this happen? Adulting wasn't supposed to feel this hard...'"
The part nobody talks about: the cost isn't just to you.
It's the relationships around you that's showing the strain. When you snap over small things. Checking your phone constantly in front of your loved ones. Stop making time for dates. The version of you that the people closest to you are starting to worry about.
And this is when that voice has been running things for too long unchallenged.
You might have tried therapy or coaching. Maybe even multiple therapists. And you walked out with more understanding... YET the same patterns.
The inner critic doesn't respond to willpower, more insight or positive thinking.
It doesn't respond to being told to stop (it runs subconsciously)
It responds to being understood at a level most approaches never reach: which is exactly what this masterclass addresses.
Meanwhile...
Good news? You, my dear lady, hasn't gone anywhere!
She's just been buried under years of this sneaky lil critic calling the shots and we've got the right tools for you 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
Because I was that woman thinking i'm going bonkers.
Degree in communications. Climbing the corporate ladder alongside what I was told I needed to do. On paper, I had it together. In reality, I was physically and emotionally falling apart.
The panic attacks started first, then came the eating disorder which led to a 3 year battle of purging in office bathrooms between meetings, then walking back to my desk like nothing was wrong. Every day was so triggering. Every day I had to pretend and attempt to outlast my critic :(
But I kept showing up with sheer willpower, which worked well until it didn't!
Until age 27, I realised: if I keep going like this, I'm going to lose my life.
I left my job. While everyone else was climbing the ladder, I stepped off. Boy… THAT was uncomfortable.
I sought help and found a therapist who specialised in eating disorders.
"And the moment that changed everything — when she said:"
"You're already practising the tools. You need to trust yourself."
Feeling quite insulted as I walked out of the room — "Trust myself? What do you mean trust myself? Of course I know how to trust myself!"
Yet, that comment stayed with me and it was the first time I understood what it meant to make a decision deeply from the inside.
"The real turning point came during a 10-day silent Vipassana retreat in Nepal. Something became clear: I needed to dedicate my life to giving other women what I hadn't had — not just the understanding of the voice, but the TOOLS to actually work with it."
That was 10 years ago. That's how this work was born.
I've invested over $100,000 into my own growth, healing, and education.
Therapy. Somatic work. Trauma-informed certifications. Retreats. Mentorships. Speaking first from a place of deep pain & lived experience, followed by robust credentials in the clinical and coaching fields.
And now? You get access to part of what I've learned, distilled into a proven framework that works.
My credentials
More importantly:
I know what it feels like to be you.
I know the exhaustion of performing. The fear of what happens if you stop. The wanting to earn more and not sacrificing our time with family. The disappointment of trying everything and still feeling stuck.
I also know what's on the other side: Grounded. Inner authority. Decisions made from the inside (finally)! And that is a spacious place to be 👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻
If that sounds like where you want to be...
Not understanding how inner critic works. You probably already have that.
Not positive thinking. Not affirmations.
Not another framework that explains the pattern without shifting it.
What changes it is working WITH the voice instead of AGAINST it: which is the one thing almost nobody teaches.
The inner critic isn't your enemy. She's a part of you — a protector, that learned a very long time ago that staying hard on yourself kept you safe. She was doing her job. She just never got the update that your life has changed.
The moment you understand that, not conceptually, but in an embodied way, the dynamic shifts. The volume lowers. You start to have a choice about whether you believe her.
That's the gap between insight and change. That's what this masterclass teaches you with concrete tools.
INTRODUCING...........
Introducing
Own Your Mind is a 90-minute masterclass across 4 modules designed for high-functioning women who have read every book out there, done the therapy, and are still stuck.
This is the skill you leave with to work with the voice, the same day.
What You Get
4 Modules · 90 Minutes · Daily practices included
Awareness · Understanding · Why she's been running the show
Behaviour change · Creating space · Parts work
Behaviour change · Integration · Self-compassion
Making it stick · Your new baseline
BONUS #1
Your inner critic speaks in a specific language. Once you know how to read it, you stop being caught off guard.
BONUS #2
A 20-year pattern doesn't shift from a single masterclass. You need a daily practice that's actually sustainable. This is it.
BONUS #3
Evidence-based practices you can do between meetings, without anyone knowing what you're doing.
Do you know what's the irony?
This isn't about fixing something broken. You were never broken.
What's happening is more specific (and more ironic) than that.
The qualities that made you good at everything you've built? The drive, the standards, the relentless self-monitoring? They worked. They got you here.
And so the same quality that made you exceptional at work is the one that makes it impossible to rest. The same precision that makes you reliable is the one that makes you brutal with yourself when you fall short. The same sensitivity that makes you a good partner is the one that has you carrying everyone else's emotional weight on top of your own.
The inner critic didn't invent these qualities. She HIJACKED them.
She took what was genuinely yours, your standards, your care, your drive, and turned the dial past useful, past high-performing, into something that runs constantly and answers to no one.
That's the trap. The thing that makes you good at life is the same thing quietly making life harder to live.
You hold yourself and your work to a level most people don't come close to. It's part of why you're trusted, why you're given responsibility, why people want you in the room.
The standard stays rigid, even when it should. Every outcome, no matter how good, gets measured against a bar that quietly moves UP the moment you hit it.
There is no finish line, only the next thing that isn't quite right.
You cannot appreciate a good day and feel joy. You go to bed auditing your day. You finish something well and immediately locate what was imperfect about it. Nothing you do is ever fully enough, not because it isn't, but because the critic is measuring it on a scale designed to keep you running.
You do the work. You push through. You don't need to be carried. This has served you in rooms where other people folded, and it's a genuine part of who you are, not just a coping mechanism.
You can't stop when you need to. Rest feels DANGEROUS. Slowing down means falling behind. The drive, once a choice, becomes something that runs you, and you start to wonder whether you're motivated by what you want, or by what happens if you DON'T.
You come home empty.
Your relationships get what's left after the drive has taken everything else. You're running on obligation instead of meaning.
Burnout isn't dramatic, it's just you, still going, with the lights slowly dimming inside.
You know yourself. You've read the books. You can articulate exactly what's happening inside you with a precision most people never develop. This is genuinely rare!
You can explain your patterns in detail... and then go right BACK into it.
Not only are you doing the thing, you're aware you're doing the thing, which somehow makes it WORSE.
"What is wrong with me?" becomes a question you can't answer — because you already know the answer.
Insight WITHOUT change becomes its own kind of exhaustion. Adds on to your cognitive load. You're not missing information.
You're missing a way to work with what you know, which is exactly the gap the inner critic exploits. She doesn't have to convince you of anything. She just keeps running while you watch.
You show up for people. You hold things together. You are the person others can depend on, and you take that seriously, not for the approval, but because you genuinely care.
The care extends to everyone EXCEPT you. Other people's needs feel urgent and real. Your own feel optional, negotiable, something to address when there's time, which there never is. You manage how others feel before you've asked how you feel.
You build a life for everyone around you and slowly disappear inside it.
The people closest to you are thinking you may be ok, but sometimes that LEAKS. They're not sure who to reach. And somewhere underneath, neither are you.
These are not character flaws. It's a protective feature running past its useful limit. The work isn't to lose these qualities, it's to get them back under YOUR authority instead of the critic's.
That's what Own Your Mind addresses. How these hijacks affect your life and what we can do about it today👇🏻👇🏻👇🏻

If you recognised yourself in the left column — that's the signal.
The frustration of knowing and still not being able to stop is precisely the gap this masterclass closes.
That's not a coincidence. That's what it was built for.

That's exactly why you need it. This is a 90-minute masterclass — not a course, not a programme. The daily practice is 7-10 minutes. Most women find it gives time back by quieting the mental noise that's been eating their day. You can be watching within five minutes of purchasing. Watch it in two sittings if you need to. The audio version means you can listen on your commute.
I hear you. And I'm sorry that happened. Talk therapy is valuable — but understanding why the critic is there doesn't automatically change your relationship with it. That's the gap this fills. This masterclass uses clinically robust frameworks for this exact pattern. Many women use it alongside therapy. Some use it as a first step before going back.
Most approaches try to silence the inner critic. This one helps you understand what she's protecting — which is the only thing that actually changes the volume. The women who get the most from this are the ones who've tried everything. They know what doesn't work. They're ready for something different.
Yes. This is a skill-building offer, not therapy. It works alongside whatever support you already have and won't duplicate it.
Completely. The inner critic doesn't have a timezone or a cultural setting. The framework applies wherever you are.
She will. And that's perfectly OK! The goal isn't to eliminate her. It's to change your relationship with her — so her voice no longer makes your decisions. Module 4 is entirely about integration. And with lifetime access, the masterclass is always there when you need to come back to it.
